De ARP 2500 en zijn kleinere broertje de ARP 2600 zijn iconische synthesizers uit de jaren zeventig. Van de ARP 2500 bestaan vandaag de dag nog maar wereldwijd zo’n 20 a 25 exemplaren. In deze workshop krijg je de kans om op dit legendarische instrument te werken en te spelen. Je leert de specifieke ins en outs van de modules en de patching.

VCO, VCF en VCO komen ook aan de orde in complexere settingen en patches.
Enige basiskennis over elektronische muziek zoals oscillatoren, filters, etc. is hierbij aan te bevelen.

The ARP 2500 and its smaller sibling, the ARP 2600, are iconic synthesizers from the 1970s. Today, only about 20 to 25 ARP 2500 units still exist worldwide. In this workshop, you will have the chance to work and play on this legendary instrument. You will learn the specific ins and outs of its modules and patching.

VCO, VCF, and VCO will also be covered in more complex settings and patches.
